We understand that unforeseen events is a possibility in everyone's life experience. It is our commitment to provide an outstanding, joyful and enlightening experience to all our clients. In order to foster a spirit of understanding and cooperation, we have adopted the following policies.
It is our primary goal to provide you with the best possibly services. We have thoughtfully created a schedule and policies to help ensure we are able to do just that and to minimize overlapping with other clients.
Arrival to Appt.
If this is your 1st appointment, please arrive 10-15 mins early to fill our paperwork. Subsequent appts, kindly arrive at your 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
If late arrival is inevitable, your services(s) may be shortened or rescheduled in order for us to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. You will be responsible for the full value of your scheduled service. Grace period is 10 minutes.
Late Arrival
Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. If there is a reservation fee attached to your type of session, it remains unchanged. Late arrival is any time after 10 minutes of scheduled appointment.
Cancellation(s)
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours, they may be charged for the full amount of the service. Individual circumstances will be considered by the owner and will be at the owner's discretion.

We have implemented an automatic reminder system that will send an email and a text message 24, 12, and 1 hour prior to your appointment, giving you an opportunity to respond.
